How can I register an account on your website?
Is it possible to cancel an order?
The cancellation of an order can be done through the “My Orders” page with in your existing user profile once you log in. Further information can be found in the Availability and Orders section.
Is a receipt or invoice given?
Every order has its receipt attached. When buying it is possible to also ask for the invoice by filling out the necessary invoice request box.
How long does a refund process take?
Once a refund is confirmed, it is usually processed within 24 hours with the same payment method of your order placed. It usually takes a few working days to be displayed depending on bank or card used.
Can I still order articles if they are out of stock?
It is not possible to order articles that are out of stock, except in the case of articles that are on pre-order.
In which currency can I make payment?
You can choose between different currencies (on top right in the Home page “want to change”) and RUNKD will give you an estimated total value, it might be different from what your bank shows. Transactions takes place in Euros and estimates the current exchange rate without taking into account any commissions (to have an exact estimate your need to contact your bank).
How long do I have to wait before I receive a Pre-Order or an order on Request?

What countries can goods be shipped to?
The available delivery destinations can be found on the top of the homepage or in the shopping basket page.
How long does it take for my order to be carried out?
The waiting times may vary depending also on what payment method has been chosen. Once payment has been received the order is prepared and send in 24/48 working hours.
What are my orders delivery times?

How can I trace my shipment?
The moment the parcel is dispatched, a tracking code is sent to your registered email, this will allow you to keep track of your parcel with current shipping status. Kindly let us know if you encounter any problems found through the following section Contact us.
Can I change the delivery address once the order has been shipped?
Once the order has been sent, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. If the address is wrong or incomplete the parcel will be held for a pick-up at the relevant branch (If the chosen shipping service allows it).
Can I use the pick-up service at my local courier branch?
If the service chosen allows this, you can select this shipping option when confirming your order.
What to do when receiving the goods?
Upon receiving your delivery check that the box is in one piece, that it has not been tampered with in any way during shipping and that the number of packages marked on the transport document corresponds to the actual number of the packages received. If any of the above occur, we advise you to sign the reserve document stating the problem and to contact our Customer Service.
