Mizuno Wave Prodigy 5 running shoes are an excellent choice for beginning runners. The sole feels more cushioned than the previous model. Dual-layer Jacquard mesh upper, lightened compared to the previous model and made with recycled materials and a design that ensures optimal breathability and an adaptive fit. Midsole that confirms the reliability of the previous model combining U4iCX and Wave Foam compounds with the Wave plate that allows for stability, cushioning and responsiveness. Lacing system with flat laces, partly made of recycled material to better manage pressure on the back of the foot, and eyelets made of more durable synthetic material. Side-applied TPU inserts that give added support, especially in sudden changes of direction.
