The Cloud elements of the CloudTec Phase™ are designed with virtual simulation to compress one after the other when you put your foot down. The result? Enhanced, indeed supreme, cushioning and smoother heel-to-toe transitions than ever before.

Less plastic, less water
When it comes to sustainability, On doesn't follow the trend, it makes it. The Cloudsurfer is paste dyed, reducing water consumption by 90% compared to traditional dyeing techniques. On has also eliminated plastic trim and increased the shoe's total recycled content to 30%.

CloudTec Phase™
In the adapted and specialised version of CloudTec® technology, nothing was left to chance. Thanks to Finite Element Analysis (FEA), the way each component of the prototype reacts to the ride was simulated. Thus, On created a midsole that guarantees a perfect transition from heel to toe. It is called CloudTec Phase™ and introduces a new concept in cushioning.
