RIBELLE RUN GTX is the perfect trail running shoe for short/medium distances whenever wet conditions demand it. Waterproof and lightweight thanks to Gore-Tex Invisible Fit technology combined with a lightweight, abrasion-resistant synthetic mesh. Exceptional grip, traction and stability even on the most technical terrain thanks to the Presa® outsole.
Upper
Sock-Fit LW construction by SCARPA, a bootie in light and super breathable mesh, with heat-welded reinforcements, which guarantees a precise and homogeneous wrapping of the foot, as well as softness in the closing and flex points of the shoe. The upper is built to wrap the foot with precision thanks to contained volumes functional to the athlete's gesture. The heel is well stabilised by the TPU band that completely envelops the shoe.
Lining
GORE-TEX Invisible Fit technology offers the ideal comfort and fit for everyday running in a waterproof shoe. Faster drying time (up to 50% less than standard construction).
Lacing
Fast Lacing System: self-locking lacing system that allows for fast lace up and smooth lacing.
Outsole
PRESA® TRN-01 made of high-performance rubber with high grip on both dry and wet surfaces, high durability with 4 mm lugs. Tested by the best and taken to the limit on technical and rough trails.

Technologies
Gore-Tex®
Gore-Tex® fabrics offer long-lasting, comfortable weather protection. The technology is based on an extremely thin membrane made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE). Its pores are too small for rain to penetrate, yet big enough for perspiration to pass right through. Gore-Tex® products have a high waterproof rating (water column) and can withstand up to 28,000 mm of water pressure – more than monsoon rain. The membrane is bonded between an outer fabric and a high-performance lining. Depending on the construction, the result is either a 2-layer, 2.5-layer or 3-layer laminate. Gore-Tex® in a 3-layer construction offers a combination of enhanced durability and high breathability, while the 2-layer laminate provides lightweight weather protection.
EXO SCARPA
Upper construction system designed by SCARPA. Lateral protection (inserts or therm-welded cage) combined with upper, create an exoskeleton that better protect, support and contain the foot.
PRESA®
PRESA® is SCARPA’s proprietary outsole brand, born out of 80+ years of technical outsole design experience, to deliver the best traction solutions available. IKS technology features seven internal impact absorption “domes” in the outsole and midsole that function just like shock absorbers, compressing upon impact to absorb energy. The impact zones are anatomically mapped to provide additional shock exactly where it is needed the most, while maintained stability outside those zones. The midsole material itself is dual-density EVA, providing additional lightweight shock absorption. Incorporated into the midsole is a Dynamic Stabilizer Torsion frame made of TPU (thermoplastic urethane). The DST frame wraps under the arch and extends back along both sides of the heel, for outstanding rearfoot stability and torsion control. The lug design of the outsole provides confidence-inspiring traction via 4mm deep lugs and SuperGum rubber compound, which balances high friction with durability.
