Topo Athletic MT-5 2024
The Topo Athletic MT-5 trail shoe is designed for the consumer looking for a moderately cushioned option for use on mild to moderate terrain or for easily transitioning from road to trail. It uses the same midsole as the Ultraventure 3 and is therefore guaranteed to provide cushioning and responsiveness. Ideal for mountain trails but also for hybrid asphalt/trail use, for door-to-door use or for the budget-conscious consumer looking for a multi-purpose product. The MT-5 uses recycled materials in the mesh upper, lining, footbed and midsole of the shoe.
Improvements
The height has been increased (28-23 mm) for additional cushioning and protection underfoot. The 5 mm drop increase makes the shoe more accessible for consumers who are not comfortable with low drops and increases the sense of comfort.

Traditional, highly durable mesh upper. Improved toe rocker promotes a faster transition to provide a smoother run or walk. New generation Zip Foam midsole for great comfort combined with responsiveness. Vibram XS Trek EVO outsole echoes that of the Ultraventure 3 and focuses on flexibility and weight reduction while providing excellent traction on a wide variety of terrains.
